The Nitecore EDC29 flashlight has a maximum output of 6500 lumens from the dual NiteLab UHi 20 MAX LEDs and is powered by a built-in 2500mAh li-ion battery which is rechargeable via USB-C (charging cable included). Featuring high light density and high beam intensity, the UHi LED utilises the round light emitting surface (LES) to achieve an optimal lighting effect and beam distance, beginning a new era in the flashlight LED industry.
The flashlight is operated by dual-stage tactical buttons on the tail end of the torch. The power button turns the light on and off with a full press and adjusts the brightness with a half press. The mode button provides instant access to the brightest Lumin Shield™ 6500 lumen mode and Strobe. Rapid Lock™ is available to prevent accidental activation.
The EDC29 features stainless steel shells at its front and rear, integrated with a carbon fibre composite frame. Its unique, armour-inspired texture offers a secure grip and unique aesthetic. Weighing just 160g (5.64 oz.) the flashlight does not compromise on strength and is capable of withstanding heavy pressure, twists and bends.
The multi-functional OLED display provides real-time information on the brightness level, battery voltage, remaining runtime and remaining power.
Brightness Levels:
Lumin Shield™ (floodlight): 6500 lumens
Search (spotlight): 3000 lumens
High: 1200 lumens – 2 hrs runtime
Mid: 400 lumens – 3 hrs runtime
Low: 100 lumens – 13 hrs runtime
Ultralow: 15 lumens – 61 hrs runtime
Plus Strobe mode (6500 lumens)
Advanced temperature regulation (ATR) regulates the output of the EDC29 according to the working and ambient temperature to maintain optimal performance while preventing the LED from overheating. The outputs are measured in total of runtime, including output at reduced levels due to temperature or protection mechanisms in the design, causing the brightness level to drop down.
Maximum beam distance 400 meters, waterproof to IP54 and resistant to impacts up to 1 meter.
Includes: lanyard, USB-C charging cable.
